1. Oh Lisa! I DO hope that you got to eat one of these babies! I was wondering if that was lemon or some other flavour, but I see from the caption that it is lemon. Dark sugar? Oooooh – I can feel the airiness and taste the sweet of the meringue – yum. A picture’s worth a thousand calories! Still in Peru? (9 April now)

   Irene – off next week for Yerp and Scotland – so tame compared to South America and Asia!
